Karbon360 is a carbon and ESG accounting platform for companies in the Western Balkans, built where the reporting pressure is actually arriving.
Karbon360: carbon management built where the pressure arrives.
Karbon360 is a carbon and ESG accounting platform for companies in the Western Balkans. It turns energy and activity data into greenhouse-gas reports a bank, customer or reviewer can verify. It is sometimes written Carbon360 or Carbon 360; it is the same product, spelled with a K.
Why we built it: the request always arrives from outside
Emissions reporting reaches Balkan companies the way every compliance requirement does. None of these are voluntary sustainability projects; they are conditions of doing business.
A CBAM data request
An EU customer asks for embedded-emissions data under CBAM. It arrives as a supplier request, not as a sustainability project.
A green credit line
A bank attaches a GHG baseline to a green credit line. The figure has to hold up in a credit file.
A Scope 3 questionnaire
A corporate buyer sends a Scope 3 questionnaire with a deadline, and your numbers become part of their report.
The tools for answering them were built elsewhere
Generic international platforms are made for markets with sustainability departments. In the Western Balkans, three things go wrong.
Averages that misstate the region
Generic platforms calculate with European-average emission factors. On some grids that misstates the result by multiples.
Polished, but unverifiable
The reports look finished, but the numbers can't be traced when a reviewer asks where a figure came from.
Priced for someone else
They are priced for companies with a sustainability department, not for a finance or operations manager handed a request.
What Karbon360 does
Karbon360 was built for the actual situation: a finance or operations manager who has been asked for emissions data, has the invoices and records to answer, and needs the calculation between the two to be correct and defensible.
Enter your data, month by month
Electricity, fuels, fleet and facilities, plus process emissions for industrial sectors. You work from the invoices and records you already keep.
ElectricityFuelsFleetFacilitiesProcess emissionsThe platform calculates the inventory
A greenhouse-gas inventory across Scope 1, Scope 2 and the most commonly requested Scope 3 categories, calculated with locally accurate emission factors.
Export the report that was asked for
Reports and exports in English, ready for the bank, customer or reviewer who asked.
What the answer looks like
Consolidated footprint across facilities, scope breakdown to the GHG Protocol, monthly trends — and the gaps stated, not hidden.
Three principles behind every number
The buyer's real question is never "is the report pretty?" It's "will my bank or my customer accept this?" Everything in the platform serves that question.
Factors that match reality here
Calculations use locally accurate emission factors for the region's grids and fuels — not international averages. Getting the factor right is the difference between a usable report and a wrong one.
Every figure shows its work
Each record stores the exact factor used, its version, and a server-side recomputation. Any number in any report can be traced back to the data and factor that produced it.
Data quality without vanity
Coverage and reconciliation are reported separately, not blended into a score. When something doesn't reconcile, the report says so plainly — because a reviewer will notice anyway.
Where we are today
The setup work determines whether everything after it can be trusted, so each company is onboarded through a short data walkthrough.
Based in Kosovo, working with companies across the Western Balkans.
