Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then does not renew.

No. Setup runs inside the app: it walks you through your facilities, meters and invoices step by step, and it is part of every plan. Nothing is charged separately — the monthly price is the whole price.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged pro-rata. Downgrading and cancellation take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
You subscribe online and pay by card, monthly or annually. VAT is calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who issues your invoice.
Access to the software. Your team enters or scans the records, the platform calculates the figures and generates the reports, and you pay a fixed monthly price for the plan. No work is done by hand on your behalf and no time is billed.
Enterprise is an annual agreement priced on your structure — the number of companies, sites and integrations involved. Schedule a call, tell us how the group is organised, and we come back with a written proposal.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. Any charge can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of that charge, first payment or renewal — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
