The terms of a Karbon360 software subscription — billing, renewal, cancellation, acceptable use and who owns the data you enter.
Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Karbon360° carbon management software at karbon360.tech and app.karbon360.tech. By subscribing you agree to them.
Who we are
Karbon360° is software operated by Habitat L.L.C., Rr. Nekibe Kelmendi, Prishtina, Kosovo · Business number 812055996. You can reach us at info@karbon360.tech.
What the service is
Karbon360° is a subscription to software. You enter your own energy, fuel and supplier data, and the platform calculates greenhouse gas emissions and produces reports from it, using versioned emission factors. Every figure stores the factor and version used so the calculation can be traced.
The service is software only. No work is carried out by hand on your behalf and no time is billed. Setup guidance is delivered inside the application and is included in every plan. Any reporting obligation you have — to a customer, a bank or a regulator — remains yours, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Accounts
You need an account to use the platform. Keep your credentials confidential, tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access, and make sure everyone you invite into your account follows these terms. You must be at least 18 and acting for a business.
Subscriptions, prices and payment
- Plans and prices are published on our pricing page and are charged monthly or annually, by card, in advance.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payments, invoices and taxes.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect on your next renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, upload data you have no right to, attempt to gain access to other customers' accounts or our infrastructure, resell access without our written agreement, or attempt to copy the platform or its emission factor library. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.
Your data
The data you enter stays yours. We process it to run the service for you, we do not sell it, and we do not publish it. You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. After cancellation we keep your account data for 90 days so you can reactivate or export, then delete it on request.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it offline for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Our emission factors
The emission factor library is ours. Your subscription lets you use it to calculate your own inventory; it does not give you the right to extract, republish or resell the factor values themselves.
Liability
The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously breach these terms and do not fix it within 14 days of us telling you, or immediately where the breach cannot be fixed.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and, for material changes, email active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, and the courts of Prishtina have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law.
