• Contact form: name, company, work email, optional phone, and your message — used to answer your request and follow up on it.
• Footprint estimator: your email, company name and the answers you enter (sector, country, company size, energy and fuel figures) — used to calculate your screening estimate, send you the results by email, and send you relevant follow-up emails about emissions reporting.
• Newsletter: your email — used to send the newsletter you signed up for.

We collect nothing you don't type in yourself, and we don't buy, sell or trade personal data.

We process this data on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the consent box or submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us. You can withdraw consent at any time — every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link, and you can always write to info@karbon360.tech.

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — stores contacts and sends our emails. EU-based processor.
• Our website host — stores contact-form submissions as part of running this website.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom) — our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle collects your billing name, address, VAT number and payment details to take payment, issue your invoice and account for VAT. We never see or store your card details. Paddle acts as its own controller for that data under its buyer terms.

We share personal data with no one else, and we do not transfer it outside these processors.

We keep contact and estimator data for as long as the conversation or subscription is active. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our systems and instruct our processors to do the same.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Kosovo and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Write to info@karbon360.tech — we answer within one business day.
