Karbon360 troubleshooting: fixes for the problems people actually hit

• The scan read the wrong month. It picked the issue date. Correct the period to the consumption month before saving.
• The scan failed completely. Blurry photo or unusual layout. Retake in good light or upload the PDF; otherwise use manual entry and attach the file.
• A month is 1,000 times too high. A unit mix-up (MWh typed as kWh, litres as m³). Edit the record's unit.
• Electricity looks doubled. The same invoice was uploaded twice. Delete the duplicate.
• A record "does not reconcile". The stored result differs from the recalculation. Open it, check, re-save. If it persists, contact support.
• A facility is missing from lists. It may be archived. Restore it from the facility list.
• Cannot add another facility. You have reached your plan's limit. Contact support to move up.
• Registration link expired. Ask Karbon360 or your partner for a new invitation.
• Reset email did not arrive. Check spam and confirm the address. Reset links are single-use, so request a new one.

Can I change the emission factors? No. Factors come from the curated regional library so they stay sourced, versioned and defensible. If you believe one is wrong, contact support with the source.

Will last year's numbers change when a factor is updated? No. Each record keeps the factor version it was calculated with.

Is my data shared? Your activity data belongs to you. Nothing is shared unless you send a report or export.
