Karbon360 onboarding: a five-day plan to your first GHG report
Karbon360 onboarding follows a realistic path for a company with one to three facilities: five working days from the first login to a first report. Larger groups follow the same order over a longer time.
The Karbon360 onboarding plan, day by day
- Day 1 — access and structure. Activate accounts, upload the logo, create every facility with its country and area.
- Days 1 to 2 — Scope 2 complete. Scan twelve months of electricity invoices per facility, and add district heating if you have any.
- Days 2 to 3 — Scope 1 fuels. Enter heating fuels and generator fuel by month, then vehicle fuel.
- Day 3 — process emissions (industry only). Enter monthly production volumes for each process.
- Day 4 — Scope 3. Log business trips and run the commuting survey.
- Days 4 to 5 — clean-up. Work the action inbox to zero, review data quality, and open five records to check their trace.
- Day 5 — first output. Review the dashboard, generate the GHG report, and export a CSV if one was requested.
After the first week: the habit
Enter each month's data within the first two weeks of the following month. Gaps closed during the year never become findings at audit. The monthly routine takes about twenty minutes.
